Karen De Vos will present a one-woman show titled “The Life and Times of Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings.” De Vos is a retired Michigan school librarian and member of the Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings Society.
Rawlings won the Pulitzer Prize for her 1938 novel, “The Yearling.” The program focuses primarily on Rawlings’ life in Cross Creek from 1933 – 1947, the author’s most productive writing years.
